IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING STUDIO RENTAL:

• You may rent rehearsal space up to three (3) months in advance, starting on the first of each month.
  • ie. On June 1, space can be rented between June 1 and August 31. On July 1, from July 1 through September 30.
  • Requests more than 3 months in advance will not be approved. Note that you may see availability beyond the three-month window on the calendar, but it is not available to book for rehearsals and may not accurately reflect available space.
• Space for workshops, showings, auditions, performances, and other events can be rented further in advance.
• To maximize availability, bookings cannot create a gap of 30 minutes on the studio schedule.  Therefore, if a 1.5-hour block is available in a particular studio, you must book the full block.
• Prior rental history and approval from the Rental Programs Manager is required to rent the James and Martha Duffy Performance Space for rehearsal.
• Studio D has a wood floor. Due to its smaller size, the maximum capacity for rehearsals is 7. The music volume must also be kept low.

RENTAL POLICIES
PAYMENT: All renters are required to keep a card on file. You MUST pay for your first booking with a card.
CANCELLATIONS: Rehearsal rentals MUST be cancelled with the Rental Programs Manager within seven (7) days or you will be charged the rental fee in full. Other rental types may require more notice. Please check your rental agreement.
